We’re based in Berlin, Germany, so depending on where you’re located in the the world, we may be on different time zones. However, we will always activate your license within 24 hours after the transaction goes through.

There are no weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions for any of ur products / services. You own a lifetime license and receive all future updates free of charge.

Our premium indicators are licensed by LizardTrader. In order to activate your license please go to the NinjaTrader control center Help Section and choose 3rd Party Licensing. Then enter LizardTrader (case sensitive!) as Vendor Name and choose a user ID. Then copy / paste the full generated ID back to us (via email at info [at] lizardindicators.com). Once we have this information, you will receive an email containing the indicator install files and user manual. Then please go to the NinjaTrader control center Tools Section and choose Import NinjaScript Add-On.

Our indicators are valid for two machines, in other words, you are entitled to use two active NinjaTrader machines per license. If you require additional licenses, we will be pleased to offer you a special discount.

We offer free email support. If you would like to set up a 1 on 1 call to address your questions, we have additional support options available for that.

If you are a member of the LizardIndicator library, you are eligible for a discount on all future custom indicator purchases. Also, if you purchase several indicators at once (3 or more), you will receive an additional discount. Simply reach out to us and we will set you up with a bundle price.

Yes, when you upgrade your computer, we will transfer your license to the new computer without any charge. Simply activate your new computer via the NinjaTrader 3rd party licensing and generate a new username for your machine ID. At the same time the old machine will be deactivated.
